Surface Well Testing
TASSILI’s Surface Well Testing (SWT) package is designed to provide accurate, reliable, and comprehensive measurements throughout every stage of the well testing process. By utilizing advanced technologies and industry best practices, we enable operators to gain a clear and detailed understanding of a reservoir’s full potential under a wide range of operating conditions.
From early exploration and appraisal phases to well clean-up and full production testing, our SWT solutions deliver critical real-time data that supports precise reservoir evaluation and optimized performance. Our services help clients make informed decisions, improve operational efficiency, and reduce risks associated with production activities.
With a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, TASSILI ensures that all testing operations are conducted in compliance with international standards while maintaining environmental responsibility. Our experienced team works closely with clients to customize solutions that meet specific project requirements and maximize asset value.
Our Surface Well Testing
Services Include
EPF (Early Production Facility)
An Early Production Facility is a temporary setup used to process and handle hydrocarbons during the initial stages of field development. It allows operators to begin production early while permanent facilities are still under construction, helping generate early revenue and gather valuable reservoir performance data.
In-Line Surface Well Testing
This method integrates testing equipment directly into the production flowline, enabling continuous, real-time monitoring without interrupting production. It improves efficiency, reduces operational downtime, and provides accurate flow and pressure data for better decision-making.
MPFM (Multiphase Flow Metering):
Multiphase Flow Metering measures the flow rates of oil, gas, and water simultaneously without the need for physical separation. This advanced technology enhances accuracy, reduces equipment footprint, and allows for continuous monitoring of well performance in real-time.
Conventional Surface Well Testing:
This traditional testing method involves separating oil, gas, and water using test separators to measure each phase individually. It is widely used for its reliability and accuracy, especially during exploration, appraisal, and well clean-up operations.
